With a degree in Audiovisual Arts and a career as a Cinematographer, Laura views talent acquisition through the lens of alignment. She specializes in identifying, vetting, and training LatAm professionals who possess the specific emotional intelligence and technical skills required for premium hospitality operations. Her expertise in visual storytelling also guides the brand's identity.

In 2016, with the birth of our first son, we reached a turning point. We knew we wanted to build a legacy, but we refused to accept the traditional trade-off of "success for absence." We saw a desperate need to break the cycle of generational absence — the old-school model where work meant being away from the people who matter most.
